1. Our Services 서비스
Use is limited where access would be unlawful or require local registration. Not designed for HIPAA, FISMA, or GLBA compliance.
현지 법률상 제한되거나 등록 의무가 발생하는 지역에서는 사용이 제한될 수 있습니다. HIPAA/FISMA/GLBA 등 산업별 규정 준수 대상이 아닙니다.
2. Intellectual Property Rights 지식재산권
We own or license all Content and Marks. You get a limited, personal, non-transferable license to access and to download/print permitted portions for personal use only. No other uses without written consent.
콘텐츠와 상표는 당사 또는 라이선스 보유자 소유입니다. 개인적 용도의 제한적 사용·다운로드·인쇄만 허용되며, 그 밖의 사용은 사전 서면 허가가 필요합니다.
3. User Representations 이용자 진술
You must provide accurate info, be 13+, comply with laws, and not access via automated/non-human means, etc. Breach may result in account action.
정확한 정보 제공, 만 13세 이상, 법규 준수, 자동화 수단 사용 금지 등. 위반 시 계정 조치가 가능합니다.
4. User Registration 회원 등록
Keep your password confidential. We may reclaim usernames deemed inappropriate.
비밀번호는 본인이 관리해야 하며, 부적절한 사용자 이름은 회수될 수 있습니다.
5. Products 상품
We aim for accuracy but cannot guarantee colors/specs; availability may change; we may discontinue products; prices may change. Certain products may be sourced from publishers and suppliers after an order is placed and may become unavailable due to stock limitations, temporary shortages, or discontinuation.
상품 정보는 정확성을 지향하나 색상·사양 등은 차이가 있을 수 있으며, 재고·판매 중단·가격 변경이 발생할 수 있습니다. 일부 상품은 고객 주문 후 한국 출판사 및 공급처를 통해 조달되며, 재고 상황에 따라 품절, 일시품절 또는 절판으로 확인될 수 있습니다.
6. Purchases and Payment 구매 및 결제
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover. Provide current, complete info; prices/taxes/shipping apply; payments in USD; we may correct pricing errors and limit/cancel orders.
결제수단: Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, Discover. 정확한 정보를 제공해야 하며, 가격·세금·배송비가 적용됩니다(달러 결제). 가격 오류 정정 및 주문 제한·취소가 가능합니다.

스크래핑·사기·보안 우회·괴롭힘·불법 사용·자동화 게시·악성코드 유포·사칭·역설계 등 약관에 명시된 행위는 금지됩니다.
9. User Generated Contributions 사용자 콘텐츠
Contributions may be public; you represent you have rights and that content is lawful and not misleading or offensive.
이용자 게시물은 공개될 수 있으며, 권리 보유 및 적법·정확성에 대해 귀하가 보증합니다.
10. Contribution License 게시물 사용권
By posting, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, display, distribute, adapt, and sublicense Contributions as outlined.
게시 시 전 세계적·영구적·로열티 없는 사용·공개·배포·2차적 저작물 제작 등의 권한을 당사에 부여합니다.
11. Guidelines for Reviews 리뷰 가이드라인
Reviews must reflect firsthand experience, avoid offensive/illegal content, and not be misleading or organized campaigns. We may accept/reject/remove at our discretion.
직접 경험 기반이어야 하며, 모욕·불법·허위·조직적 캠페인은 금지됩니다. 당사는 재량으로 리뷰를 관리할 수 있습니다.
12. Social Media 소셜 미디어 연동
You may link Third-Party Accounts and authorize access subject to those providers’ terms. You can disable connections at any time.
제3자 계정 연동 시 해당 서비스 약관이 적용되며, 언제든 연결 해제할 수 있습니다.

We may monitor, remove content, limit access, and manage the Services to protect rights and ensure proper functioning.

30-day informal negotiations, then binding arbitration under AAA rules in California (with listed exceptions and restrictions on class actions).
30일간의 비공식 협의 후 AAA 규정에 따른 구속력 있는 중재(캘리포니아)로 해결합니다(집단소송 제한 및 예외 조항 포함).
20. Corrections 정정
We may correct errors or update information on the Services at any time without notice.

22. Limitations of Liability 책임 제한
We are not liable for indirect/special/consequential damages; total liability is limited to amounts you paid in the previous six (6) months, where permitted by law.

These Terms are the entire agreement. No waiver by inaction. Severability applies. We may assign our rights. No agency created. Construed neutrally.
본 약관은 완전합의이며, 불행사로 인한 권리 포기는 아닙니다. 무효 조항은 분리가능하며, 당사는 권리를 양도할 수 있습니다. 대리관계가 성립하지 않습니다.
