성균관대학교 동아시아학술원이 발간하는 SJEAS는 관련 전문가의 심사, 검토와 평가를 거쳐 논문을 게재하는 동아시아학 전문 학술지이다. 2001년 첫 출간 이후 매년 4월과 10월에 발간되며 인류학, 고고학, 역사, 문학, 철학, 종교 등 동아시아학 전반에 걸쳐 전 세계 석학 및 중진, 그리고 신진학자들의 연구 결과를 게재하여 동아시아학을 대표하는 전문 학술지로 평가받고 있다. SJEAS는 Thomson Reuters의 Arts & Humanities Citation Index, SCOPUS, EBSCO, 그리고 the Bibliography of Asian Studies (BAS)에 등재된 국제 학술지이다.



The Sungkyun Journal of East Asian Studies (SJEAS), published since 2001 by the Academy of East Asian Studies (AEAS) at Sungkyunkwan University, Seoul, Korea, is a double-blind peer-reviewed multidisciplinary journal dedicated to East Asian Studies. With original contributions from all over the world, SJEAS enjoys a strong reputation and increasing readership in its field. The SJEAS is published biannually in April and October and has been selected for coverage in Thomson Reuter's Current Contents and Arts & Humanities Citation Index, SCOPUS, EBSCO, and the Bibliography of Asian Studies (BAS).
