Visiting Scholar, Traccc, The American University(Dr. Kim was a visiting scholar at the Transnational Crime and Corruption Center at the American University, Washington D.C., USA through(2001 2002). Dr. Kim is currently attached to the GOVERNANCE INSTITUTE of HANYANG UNIVERSITY(from 2010). He was awarded the Full Scholarship by the Ministry of Education in has awarded him a Full Scholarship to visit the US) He is very distinguished corruption scholar and NGO researcher in Korea. He majored in Bureaucratic corruption and public administration, and (in 1997, Ph.D he obtained his Ph.D. in korea). Kim had worked at Soong Sil Unversity, University of Seoul, Dan Kook University, Hallym University, Broadcasting University and Kang Won National University as Adjunct Faculty(Oct. 1992~Dec. 2000). He was also a Policy consultant official in the Presidential Commission on Anti-Corruption under the Korean President KIM DAE JUNG(2000 2001). He was well known for his works research on Bureaucratic Corruption, and has written and presented many articles and presented papers at world—class level conferences. Recently, he is has become more interested in global anti-corruption, crime and environments.
