Jae Kyu Roh 저자 노재규는 서울대학교 의과대학 교수. 주로 뇌졸중, 두통, 통증 등에 관심을 가지고 연구하고 있다. 그는 혈류검사(Transcranial Doppler)를 최초로 도입했으며(1992), CT와 MRI를 임상환자에게도 도입했다(1970-1980). 그는 한국뇌졸중협회(1998), 한국뇌졸중학회(2002)를 창설하고 제7회 세계뇌졸중학회(WSC)의 한국 개최를 주관한 바 있다. 또한 그는 신경질환의 줄기세포치료에 대한 의료감시책임을 맡고 있다.
