리처드 3세와 맥베스, 그리고 리처드 3세와 오필리아, 이렇게 두 사람씩 쌍을 이루어 나누는 〈셰익스피어의 그림자〉의 각 장면의 대화를 듣는 가운데, 독자/관객께서 사유의 유희랄까, 일말의 지적인 운동의 파편을 즐길 수 있다면, 지은이는 이로써 만족한다.
