BASICS in CHRISTIAN LIFE

This small book is a compilation of various writings which give us guidelines in the area of Christian ethics and is intended for use as an introductory material for classroom use. In the past twenty years of teaching in US and in Korea, I have gleaned much knowledge and insight through interaction with college and seminary students and this is a fruit of my teaching.
It was written with a desire to complement theory with practice. As we pass through the new millennium, it behooves us to preserve and protect our Christian ethical values.
This book contains a selection of issues and principles which are based on the teaching of the Scriptures and reformed theology. It is my hope that readers will continue to seek God’s will in the ethical issues and to stand firm in the biblical principles.
Christian ethics requires careful analysis, deep knowledge of the Bible and deliberate research. If we are to combat the secular inroad to church, we must delve into difficult ethical issues with our best effort in study of these issues.
