This book was written and preached with the constant prayer that it will lead readers to the awe-inspiring knowledge and faith toward God that will never waver from the perspective of covenant theology, faithful to the talent that God has given the author. Although it does not explain every single verse like a commentary on Romans, the depth of this book is by no means shallow.

The title of this book and the verse in Romans 1:17, "The righteous will live by faith" speak of what we need to live. The author began his sermon using Romans with the goal of examining the essence of how we can live by faith according to the Word. He hopes that we will not stop at just knowing Romans intellectually, but that joy will arise within us every time we think of the words of Romans and live this life.

Romans is the gospel that most systematically explains the gospel in the Bible and clearly shows us how to live a holy life. Let's follow the journey of Saul, who thoroughly observed the law and persecuted Jesus, to his conversion and to see what kind of resonance the letters he wrote to the Roman church as an apostle have for us today.
