이 책은 Health가 우리 삶에 끼치는 영향과 그에 대한 저자들의 다양한 생각으로 구성되어 있다. Physical Health, Mental Health, Health & Culture의 총 4단원으로 구성되어 있으며 각 단원의 주제에 맡게 Health가 관련된 다양한 이야기를 영어로 서술해 놓았다.

건강은 세계보건기구에 의해 단순히 질병이나 질병이 없는 상태가 아니라 신체적, 정신적, 사회적으로 완전한 안녕 상태로 정의됩니다. 최고 수준의 건강을 달성하는 것은 인종, 계급, 종교 또는 정치적 신념과 관계없이 기본적인 권리이지만, 건강 증진에 있어 다른 국가에서의 불평등한 발전은 이를 위협합니다. 정보에 입각한 의견을 형성하고 돌봄과 교육에 대한 공평한 접근을 보장하기 위해 적극적으로 협력하는 것은 전 세계 사람들의 건강을 개선하는 데 중요합니다.
