Woocheol Shin Woocheol Shin is Professor of Constitutional Law at Chung-Ang University Law School, Seoul, Korea and a Constitution Research Commissioner of Constitutional Court of the Republic of Korea. He holds three law degrees(LL.B., LL.M. and PhD) from Seoul National University, Korea and wrote 5 books and 70 articles about Constitutional Law, Constitutional History and Comparative Constitutionalism.
