He has experience working on campus as a staff of SFC (Student For Christ), and he frequently serves young adult union retreats, dating courses, and pre-marriage courses.

인생의 고난과 아픔을 소재로 설교와 글쓰기에 힘쓰는 저자는, 비신자 가정에서 태어나 가정 폭력 및 부모 이혼 등 어려운 환경에서 복음으로 인생이 '개혁'되는 체험을 했다. 역기능 가정에서 성장했음에도 하나님의 사랑으로 잘 회복되어 결혼생활도 그 사랑이 흘러넘치기를 소망하고 있다. 성경이 말하는 부부의 모습을 갈망하는 저자의 노력은 결국 『부부 신학』의 출간으로 이어졌다.
저자는 경북대학교 영어영문학과(B.A.)와 고려목회학 석사(M.Div.)를 마치고, 대구경북지역 SFC(학생신앙운동) 간사를 역임하였으며, 현재 부산 세계로병원 원목으로 재직하면서 거제교회 기관목사로도 섬기고 있다. 매년 선교지 몽골과 필리핀의 신학교를 방문하여 교수 사역을 지원하고 있으며, 평소 블로그와 페이스북을 통해 끊임없이 소통하고 있다.

저자는 경북대학교 영어영문학과(B.A.)와 고려목회학 석사(M.Div.)를 마치고, 대구경북지역 SFC(학생신앙운동) 간사를 역임하였으며, 현재 부산 세계로병원 원목으로 재직하면서 거제교회 기관목사로도 섬기고 있다. 매년 선교지 몽골과 필리핀의 신학교를 방문하여 교수 사역을 지원하고 있으며, 평소 블로그와 페이스북을 통해 끊임없이 소통하고 있다.
저서 『부부 신학』 『연애 신학』 『전능자의 손길』 외 8권이 있고, 역서 『원문을 그대로 번역한 웨스트민스터 소교리문답』 외 4권이 있다.
