Corona Blues: The Psychology of Covid 19 from the Standpoint of Korean Teens
The Psychology of COVID-19 from the Standpoint of Korean Teens
Five Korean Middle School Students decided to do essays on the current pandemic and how it affects people psychologically. They worked hand in glove to explore the psychology of Corona Blues from their own standpoint as the 1st generation of COVID-19. They were able to choose the style they want to write in, fiction, argumentative essays - everything was allowed. Some of them found it easier to express their feelings through almost dystopian-like fictional stories like Joy, while some had a more analytical approach to them like Austin and Dorothy. This book covers a variety of topics - from depression and anxiety, internet addiction to plethora of psychological problems Korean students and family members faced during the Covid -19 pandemic. Whoever you are we hope that you will enjoy reading these essays - they might not be perfect, but everyone worked hard and gave their all.
