INTO THE METAVERSE

To simply explain, without any pretenses - this book is about the Metaverse. This word might sound familiar to some of you, you might remember hearing about it somewhere and searching it up right after as you were left feeling confused. The search might not even help much as the internet is currently overflowing with information about virtual reality, bitcoin, NFTs and so much more. It might leave you even more frustrated and curious about what does this actually mean and how important it is? In this collection of essays, we tried answering some of those questions and giving you a quick rundown of what Metaverse is and what it can mean for our future. All of the essays were written by middle school students who similar to you were also taken aback by this concept the first time they heard about it. But through a lot of hard work and a little bit of luck, they finally managed to bring this project to an end and see this collection come to light. Various Metaverse topics are covered in these essays, from the economy to the gaming industry, education, and even the narrative essays about the more fictional side of it. We hope that by the end of this book you will be able to understand a bit more about what this mysterious world of the metaverse is and how to navigate through it.
