1997년 출간 이후 23만 부 이상이 판매된 국내 기독교 베스트셀러, 주서택 목사와 김선화 박사의 〈〈내 마음 속에 울고 있는 내가 있어요〉〉 가 영문으로 번역되어 새롭게 출간되었다. 이 책은 성령 하나님께서 우리의 상하고 깨어진 마음을 치유하시는 실제적 도우심인 성서적 내적치유를 실사례와 함께 전한다.

저자인 주서택 목사와 김선화 박사는 1992년 한국교계 최초로 성경 심리학의 관점으로 마음을 치유하는 '성서적 내적치유 세미나'를 시작하였다. 저자는 예수그리스도의 구속의 약속을 구체화시켜 인간 심리문제를 풀어가는 'The New Covenant Model' 심리 모델을 만들고 이 모델을 골격으로 30년간 내적 치유 세미나와 사역을 진행하고 있다.

이 세미나는 현재까지 한 해도 거르지 않고 계속 진행되어 한국 교계 최장기 세미나가 되었다. 그동안 정기세미나 현장에 참여 한 개인 참석자만 6만여 명에 이르며 교회 단위 집회는 미국, 일본, 영국 등 을 포함하여 국내외 적으로 수백 곳에 이른다.

This book is the English edition of a best-selling Christian book in South Korea, initially published in 1997. The book has sold an estimated 230,000 copies in Korea. The book explains Biblical Inner Healing, the healing inside people through the Holy Spirit, with the biblical foundation and actual cases. Biblical inner healing is to know and experience God as practical help and a healer for our wounded hearts.

The authors, Rev. Joo and Dr. Kim, initiated their inner healing ministry vision in 1992 with the first Biblical Inner Healing Seminar in Korea. They developed the New Covenant Model, a psychological model based on the binding promises of Jesus Christ. Based on the model, they have regularly held the Biblical Inner Healing seminar for the past thirty years. So far, more than 60,000 people have attended the seminar. They have visited hundreds of churches not only in Korea but also in Japan, the US, the UK, and so on for the inner healing ministry.
Missionaries shared the contents of this book with indigenous peoples in the Amazon jungle and witnessed the amazing work of the Holy Spirit in them. Together, Rev. Joo and Dr. Kim initiated their inner healing ministry vision in 1992 with the first Biblical Inner Healing Seminar in Korea. 주서택 주서택 목사는 미래를 이끌어갈 대학생들을 복음화 시키기 위해 25년간 C.C.C. 간사로 헌신했다. 한국 C.C.C. 총무와 선교한국 조직 위원장, 학원 복음화 협의회 공동대표 등을 역임했다. 2002년 25년간 몸담았던 C.C.C. 간사직을 내려놓고 청주 주님의 교회를 개척하며 한국교회와 지역사회에 선한 영향력을 끼치는 실천적 삶을 이어갔다. 주서택 목사는 교회 개척 초기부터 교회 전체 재정의 50프로를 구제와 선교를 위해 교회 밖으로 내보냈으며 이일은 20년이 지난 지금까지 계속되고 있다. 그의 헌신적이며 실천적인 삶은 한국 교계뿐 아니라 지역사회와 국가로 부터도 인정을 받아 '국민훈장 석류장' '충북도민 대상' '청주시 시민대상'을 수상했으며 정부로부터 '국민에게 희망을 준 사람 157인' 중 한 사람으로 선정되기도 했다. 뉴욕 신학대학원에서는 2008년 명예신학박사 학위를 주서택 목사에게 수여했다.

Rev. Seotaek Joo has significantly impacted Korean churches in particular, and the rest of society in general, with his vision for student ministry, social welfare, and the inner healing ministry. He was with the Campus Crusade for Christ Korea (Cru Kor) for 25 years, serving in various capacities as the Executive Vice President, President of Mission in Korea, and Co-President of the Campus Gospel Organization, among others. In 2002, Rev. Joo left Cru Kor and founded the Lord's Church in downtown Cheong Ju. Since then, the Lord's Church has practiced a reformative model of a church that grows and shares with others outside the church and the rest of the neighborhood. Half of the church's budget has been spent on missions outside of the church. For his impact on society, Rev. Joo was awarded the Order of Civil Merit by President Dae Jung Kim, the eighth president of Korea. The Government of Korea also selected him as one of 157 persons who brought hope to Koreans, and one of 50 who impacted Chung-Cheong state. Furthermore, Rev. Joo was awarded the Grand Citizen Prize by the Chung-Cheong state government and the Grand Culture Prize by the Cheong-Ju city government. Rev. Joo likewise received an Honorary Doctoral Degree in Theology from the New York Theological Seminary.
