미래플랫폼 출판사는 2월 15일 윤인모 교수(서울성모병원 예방의학교실 외래교수)의 신간, 〈의대가 죽어야 나라가 산다〉를 출간했다.
〈의대가 죽어야 나라가 산다〉는 저자가 경험한 병원의 실제 에피소드와 경영에 직접 참여해 온 저자의 노하우와 철학이 담겨있는 에세이다.
이번 신간은 총 6장으로 구성되어 있다. 마지막장은 한국의료의 미래에 대한 실효성 있는 대안을 제시한다.
마지막 6장의 내용을 잠시 보자면 " 한국의 의료제도가 출범한 이래로 50년간 변화가 없다.
그러나 현재 제안되는 법안을 관찰해 보면 이러한 변화의 온도가 감지된다.
거의 50년 만에 공급 모델이 바뀌는 경험은 지금까지와는 다른 수준의 갈등과 고통이 수반될 것이다.
아마도 혁신의 가장 큰 장애물은 현재의 제도만이 의료제도라고 익숙해져 있는 사람들일 것이다.

윤인모
저자는 가톨릭의과대학교를 졸업하고 서울성모병원에서 수련한 전문의, 동대학의 예방의학교실 외래교수이다. 동시에 사회복지학사(교육부), 경영학 석사(뉴욕 주립대), 경영학박사(서울과학 종합대학원)에서 학위도 취득하였다. 컨설팅사와 대기업 신사업부 고문, 건강보험심사평가원 미래위원회 위원, 연세대학교 보건대학원 겸임교수, 가천대학교 겸임교수, 보건복지인력개발원 의사 경영자 과정 주임교수, 대한 의사협회 상임 이사 활동을 하였다.
저서로서는 한국 헬스케어 산업의 미래 경쟁력(삼성경제연구소 2005), 대한민국 의료산업 세계의 강자를 꿈꿔라(서울경제경영 2010-문화관광부 우수학술도서(전-세종우수학술도서)), 리셋 for 미래 한국의료복지(서울경제경영- 2022 세종우수학술도서)등 다수의 저서가 있다.
