Oleg and Evgenii Smagin are cross-cultural professionals who have built their careers across Korea's business, technology, and media landscape. They first came to South Korea at the age of nineteen and quickly developed a deep connection with the country.
They have held significant roles at major Korean companies, including SK Telecom, Hyundai, JB Group, and WEMADE, contributing to the growth of Korea's tech and finance sectors. Their perspective on Korean society has also made them familiar faces in Korean media, with appearances on programs such as Abnormal Summit, Gag Concert, Quiz, Morning Show, and KBS's My Neighbor, Charles, which profiles foreign-born leaders thriving in Korea.
The brothers hold MBA degrees from KAIST, one of Korea's top universities. They currently reside in Seoul, where they devote much of their time to mentoring foreigners and global companies navigating careers and business in Korea.
